1 Purpose of the processing

SAM & CO, whose head office is located in RABASTENS (81800), 12 Promenade des Lices, has a presentation website. This site allows us to receive requests from our partners and the data collected on this occasion is recorded and processed in a file.

This file allows us to:

• Manage orders, payment and delivery.

• Propose by email to our partners who have not objected or who have accepted it, similar services or other services provided by SAM & CO.

• Transmit the data of partners who have accepted it to other of our partners who have requested it, so that they can discuss joint projects.

2 Legal bases for processing

• Order management: the legal basis for processing is the execution of a contract (Cf. article 6.1.b) of the European Data Protection Regulation).

• Sending commercial solicitations by email on products similar to those ordered by customers: the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the company (Cf. article 6.1.f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation, namely to promote our products to our customers.

• Sending commercial solicitations by email on other products offered by SAM & CO: the legal basis for processing is consent (Cf. article 6.1.a) of the European General Data Protection Regulation), as required by article L. 34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code.

• Transmission of the email address to partners: the legal basis for processing is consent (Cf. article 6.1.a) of the European General Data Protection Regulation).

• Keeping of accounts involving the retention of data for a period of 10 years: the legal basis for processing is the legal obligation (Cf. article 6.1.c of the European General Data Protection Regulation).

3 Data categories

• Identity: title, surname, first name, address, telephone number, email address, data relating to registration on opt-out lists.

• Data relating to orders: transaction number, purchase details, purchase amounts, data relating to payment of invoices (payments, unpaid amounts, discounts).

4 Data recipients

• SAM & CO represented by Samuel BENETEAU is the sole recipient of all data categories.

• The email addresses of customers who have accepted may be transmitted to other partners on a case-by-case basis.

5 Data retention period

• Data required for order management and invoicing: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and ten (10) years for accounting obligations.

• Data required for loyalty and prospecting activities: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.

• Data relating to means of payment: this data is not collected by SAM & CO.

• Data concerning lists of opposition to receive prospecting: three (3) years.

6 Your rights

If you no longer wish to receive advertising from us (exercise of the right of opposition or withdrawal of consent already given), contact us at contact@sam-co.fr

If, after having consented to your data being transmitted to our partners, you wish to reverse this choice and no longer receive advertising from them, contact us contact@sam-co.fr

You can access the data concerning you, rectify it or have it deleted. You also have a right to portability and a right to limit the processing of your data (more information about your rights on CNIL website).
